Today I was driving where I go for my daily walk when POP! something hit the roof of my car—something probably small. It sounded like a pebble. I’ve been experiencing many meaningful synchronicities recently, and I wondered if there was a reason for my car being struck or “if it was just chance.” I decided that actually nothing is “just chance” but that the causes and conditions for many events are far too complex and subtle to explain. It’s often egotistical bordering on paranoid to have to mentally dredge up reasons for “chance” events. I let the car incident go and forgot about it until now.
